Transit Damage
Damage in Transit: Although rare, if you receive a damaged product, please follow these steps:
360° Opening Video: Record a 360° video while opening the parcel to clearly show the item. This video is essential for processing any claims. If the product is damaged, we will replace it immediately.
Contact Us: Email us with the opening video attached at info@thegiftsfairy.com. Without this video, we will be unable to assist with any issues.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges: Currently, we are not processing exchanges for items. However, under certain circumstances, exchanges may be considered. Please contact us if you believe your situation qualifies.
Same Product Exchange: Exchanges are allowed only for the same product. If the desired product is out of stock, a credit note will be issued.
Customization: Customized products made to your specifications are not eligible for exchange. Please double-check your custom orders before confirming.
Non-Eligibility: Exchanges are not available if you simply do not like the product or its color. We provide detailed product descriptions, so please review them carefully before purchasing.
Condition for Exchange: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all labels and tags intact. Exchanges are permitted only once per order.
Size Issues: If there is a size issue, please contact us at info@thegiftsfairy.com within 48 hours of delivery. Ensure you check the product size before ordering.
Shipping Costs: Minimal shipping charges for exchanges may apply, depending on the parcel size. In some cases, if our courier does not offer reverse pickup for your location, you may need to return the product yourself.
Return Timeframe: If the product is not handed over for return within 5-7 business days from the request, the return or exchange request will be canceled.
Return/Refund Policy
Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 4-6 working days and credited to the original payment method, depending on your bank’s processing times.
